NPS
The NPS Content Management System of our partner, Infopark www.infopark.de, offers the effective development and administration of Internet-, Intranet- und Extranet entry. It distinguishes itself through its high scalability, simple IT integration and short project durations. Infopark’s CMS has multiple client capability and is also suited for multiple language use. Furthermore, it offers flexible expansion possibilities due to its various interfaces (SOAP, Java- XML- und Tcl-API).
The separation of content, layout and navigation is achieved with the assistance of templates and freely definable export macros.
NPS operates via an integrated, database orientated bi-directional link administration and offers versioning and archiving.
The redaction system offers a role and group based access control in its user administration. Content may be processed in the preview mode (Preview Editing) or in a specific HTML-Editor.
Additionally, HTML sides can be processed via the provided HTML editor or the Microsoft Internet-Explorer Editor.
A role specific configuration can be achieved due to the user-friendly and (depending on personal requirements) personally adjustable HTML user interfaces. Additional functions can be integrated in the user interface through a self generated wizard. Many customer specific work processes ranging from the assistant for the compilation of press releases to the processing of images directly in the CMS can be integrated directly in the user interface.
Finally, the provided Importfilter offers the user the possibility to transfer existing Office documents automatically into HTML.
The operation with a standard web browser is platform independent and does not require any plugins or applets.
NPS is suited as a Enterprise Content Management System for large, international, multi-language sites. Additionally, due to the very low base price, the smaller web presence with few editors can benefit largely from the wide range of functions.
