The MSP provides interfaces for receiving and sending SMS and MMS as well as supporting Location Based Services (LBS) e.g. routing und geo-coding - as well as Voice interfaces. The MSP offers everything one needs to apply applications in the mobile World.
Mobile Solution PlatformIntranet for the Bremen Central Clinic
i2dm maintains the Intranet of the largest hospital in Bremen. In this case the Content management-System, "Infopark NPS", is in operation. Besides the NPS-Basis modules, the powerful NPS Verity Search Cartridge also serves as a search model for finding information in the largest sets of documents from over 40 clinics and departments.
The central LDAP system is also integrated to achieve efficient user administration.
Intranet Klinikum Bremen MitteBremen Learning Portal
The Bremen learning portal assists those who are searching for learning programs from the educational areas, "preschool learning", "school learning", "vocational learning", "higher education", "further education", "recreational education" and "ina online"(see below).The application is a successor to the "IWIB Bremen" and provides a HTML interface so that the learning program can be manually entered in the system. There are also flexible import interfaces that are used by the educational institutions, the schools and the Bremen work GmbH so that thousands of offers may be taken over.
The close connection with bremen.online ensures that the saved educational information/ establishments may be researched. Besides the Oracle and Java technology based event database, the learning portal offers redactional background information that can be used for the maintenance of the Six CMS.

We have produced the internet application, „ina online“ that supports the BagIS case manager during the intermediation of integration services. The database supported service information may be viewed by interested citizens and those seeking work to acquire a knowledge of various qualification requirements as well as consultancy and integration possibilities. Besides this online component, „ina“ also incorporates an in-house application that can be applied for the administration of offers and bookings as well as for the production of the necessary evaluations.

This feasiblity study names the technical, personal and financial conditions for the development and continued supervision of the learning portal. The technical basis of this project is the Bremen further education database. Furthermore, the „Niedersachsen educational network“ platform that is being developed together with Bremen is also considered. The portal should optimise web accessibility to all forms and services of further education and qualifications via an online system and should therefore be compatible to bremen.de. It provides information about suppliers, themes and contents, event times and location as well as target group specific details. Besides this it also has a communication, consulting and booking option.COGITO
COGITO is a European Union supported research and development project from the „Information Society Technology“ (IST) and has the goal to realise improvements in the technology of virtual agents for the E-Commerce area. i2dm participated in the technical implementation though the deployment of components from eBrain products.Cyber Vote
The project „Cybervote – An Innovative Cyber Voting System for Internet Terminals and Mobile Phones" is an EU supported international FTE project(in the context of „Information Society Technology“), for the development of safe and anonymous voting via the internet. i2dm advices Bremen’s statistical department (as the responsible voting office) over security and usability requirements of online voting.

The town plan from the official Ulm/new Ulm website allows a targeted street search as well as navigation and scaling of certain map segments that may be sent additionally via E-Mail.
Stadtplan UlmWireless Cookout Agent
The Wireless Cookout Agent (WCA) is a development for wireless ordering in outdoors restaurants.
This application was mainly intended for deployment in golf clubs in order to achieve simple and relaxed food ordering from their PC equipped golfer cars. The orders/ table reservations are then transferred directly to the connected restaurant.
Terminology database
The terminology database is web based and was developed for the translation bureau, LÓPEZ-EBRI. The terms are saved in UNICODE. The system can be extended to other languages.

In conjunction with 3D developers from the company Anymotion, Bremen historians and the Bremen tourism headquarters, i2dm has developed the timeGuide as a historical journey experience though the Bremen history. This journey can be experienced mobile and in multimedia with text, tones images, film and 3D.The “timeGuiders” depict a realistic portrait of Bremen through the partition of the town in historically distinguished objects with entanglement of interesting stories from the past.
This experience can be saved and sent to a freely selectable address via email. In a similar way to a photo album the user can review this experience.
This project has been supported by the Senator of the free hanseatic city ,Bremen with resources from the state program „Bremen in t.i.m.e“.
